If it's gone, it's gone. There's no cloud backup and if you've confirmed it being gone on both consoles, there's no chance of recovery. The transfer process in the video seems fine. I can't say I've ever heard of someone losing data doing it that way. Only hope is that you're looking at the wrong user and/or game.
