TheStig. 27848 posts · Joined 2012. #2 · May 3, 2021. The most likely cause when the engine is cold is a sticking turbo actuator. Other possibilities near the top of the long list of causes are, split intercooler, leaking hose, cracked inlet manifold, turbo fault, turbo bypass fault.
