On the rewards page the one I unlocked was listed as 23/24 - the only thing AFAIK that I have not done now is 'S' rank the Ground Zeroes mission on Hard setting. I am hoping that is the last thing I need to take me from 98% to fully complete and unlock the last acheivement.

I guess you mean ground zeroes No it doesn't have free roam as GZ is a short prologue to MGSV the phantom pain which will have free roam. GZ is mission structured with one main mission and 7 side missions all based on the same map Which is a military base So no free roam besides when your in the mission you can go every where around Like every time I make an action on the pad it brings the cursor up. Try to plug out the mouse. If it continues, it's not moving When I move the mouse its self the arrow doesn't pop up. So it's not the mouse moving that's causing it. This wasn't happening before. I completed the main mission without this issue.
If Windows is setup to 5.1 but you are in 2/2.1 change it to that. That's one of the things that can cause what you say. To do so, go to Control Panel>Sound. No, just everything you said plus less tranq bullets but if you play deja vu and get all answers to the ending quiz on 'Normal' players can unlock the Classic Snake skin - and if they beat it on 'Hard' they can play as Frank Jaeger with the Frank Jaegar Skin (a.k.a. However at some point there WAS a Win32 build with DX9 shaders. So maybe developers will implement this in the future updates. Well, they might tried run the game on dx 9 and it didn't go well, even on dx 10. Maybe ground zeroes can run on dx 10 but phantom pain not and they didn't want split system requirement.
