Your dedication to a guild is how much time you spend participating in that guild. Multiple guilds exist in many other games, in a different way, but it's still one player and more than one guild. People often end up spending more time in one guild than others. It'll prob be a lot like the FFXI linkshell system.
I have played wow and eso both were pretty empty and lonely most of time in open world, except raids and dungeons. Here I always /say at ppl asking if they need any help or do things together, chatting with guild mates, helping ppl in jumping puzzles, chatting during fractal runs.. it's a good experience :)
